Do a 10 minutes follow along workout with me! High Intensity Interval Training is known for its fat burning properties! Boost your metabolism and shed fat on all problem areas! This full body workout will help you tone thighs, belly and arms.
I will be showing alternative exercises without jumping as well, so this workout is for beginners and advanced (:
1. 3 exercises and 2 rounds, 40 seconds per exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest. And at the end there will be a finisher, SURPRIIIISE, with the same 3 exercises for 20 seconds work each!
A. Squat Jump to Cross
B. Jumping Jack to High Knee
C. Burpee to Side Jump
2. If you need to take a break, please go ahead and take one. This is a burner workout! Don’t worry if you don’t make it until the end, you will get better over time and will feel amazing when you made it!
3. Your goal is to bring your heart rate up and survive the 10 minutes. Don’t be too harsh on yourself! Let’s sweat together.
4. If you feel pain, such as sharp pain in the lower back: Modify, swap or stop the exercise. Exercising should be painless and never promote further pain!
