$25 VEGAN FITNESS MEAL PREP | EASY & DELICIOUS

Here are three awesome and easy to make meals that you can make 5 of each for under $25! These are all really delicious and are also easily modifiable to hit your own personal calorie or macro goals! MEAL 1:
1 Cup vegetarian refried beans
2 Cups cooked brown rice
Opt. Vegan cheese or nutritional yeast

MEAL 2:
1 Cup oats
1 Cup almond or soy milk (can use more)
1 Scoop vegan protein
3 Tbsp. cocoa/cacao powder
Opt. Stevia

MEAL 3:
1.75 Cooked black beans
1 Cup oats
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 Cup soy/almond milk
6 Tbsp cocoa/cacao powder
Stevia until sweet enough
