Hey babes!! Welcome back! Here are 3 SIMPLE, EASY & HEALTHY Meal prep recipes. I hope you guys enjoy xoxo
MEAL 1 – Turkey Recipe
1 lb 99% lean ground turkey breast
1 small onion, chopped
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained
1 15.5 oz can kidney beans, drained
1 15.5 oz can bean medley, drained
Brown turkey and onion in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Transfer to the slow cooker with all ingredients &, mix well.
Cook on high 6 to 8 hours or low 10 to 12.
MEAL 2 – Zucchini Fries
3-4 large zuchinnis
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4cup parmesan cheese grated
1/2 tsp garlic powder – optional
Pre heat oven to 435 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine 2 eggs in a bowl. Combine bread crumbs & parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
Cut the zucchini into fries. Dip the zucchini fries into the egg mixture and then the breadcrumb + parmesan mixture and place on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 30-35mins or until golden brown.
MEAL 3 – Overnight oats
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop protein
1/2cup almond milk
cinnamon – optional
vanilla – optional
Stir and place in the fridge. Add toppings such as fruit, yogurt or nut butter!
