40 MINUTE STRENGTH & CARDIO INTERVALS-Burn fat and sculpt lean muscle with this strength and conditioning follow along workout.
In this 40 minute strength and cardio intervals workout you’ll be supersetting movements so that you build strength and lean muscle with exercise 1 and burn calories and boost your metabolism with exercise 2.
There are 12 superset pairings to complete in this workout. Complete the strength & cardio Supersets for the time and sets prescribed below. Have 1 minute rest after every third superset pairing.
Strength: 1 set x 60 seconds work/20 rest
Cardio: 3 sets x20 seconds work/10 Rest
You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this full body strength and conditioning follow along HIIT.
Including : 1 set of light Dumbbells. I used/ 5kg. I set of moderately heavy Dumbbells. I used 7kg. 1 set of heavy Dumbbells. I used 10kg but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level.
