50 MINUTE LEG DAY WORKOUT | Tracy Steen

50 MINUTE LEG DAY WORKOUT – I have a lot of clients who LOVE leg day! The feeling of using those bigger muscles like glutes and quads and hamstrings, gets that heart pumping even without doing cardio! We are targeting all of those lower body muscles in today’s leg day workout, so join me in the warm up and let’s move daily!

Leg Warm up included
Format: 45 sec work/15 sec rest
You will need: a variety of dumbbells, box or bench for step ups

Curtsy lunge
Single leg deadlift
Pistol squat
Weighted squat jumps
x3

Step up high knee, lateral lunge
Staggered deadlift
Kneeling glute thrust
Reverse lunge hop
x3

Feet elevated frog thrust
Weighted plie squat
In-n-out squat jumps
x3
