BIKINI BODY WORKOUT #51- UPPER BODY STRENGTH | Home Workout with DUMBBELLS | TRX

Bikini Body Workout #51 it’s all about shaping up our upper body and getting those sexy tank top shoulders and arms. I personally do not train enough my upper body but i know it is a must for a nicely shaped body and upper body we just can’t ignore. So today’s workout is designed in a different way as usual. We will need few pieces of equipment and those are:
* A chair or a bench
* Pair of Dumbbells
* TRX
* Exercise mat
The workout has 4 parts or block and in each block there are 2 exercises which we will do in a Superset with 5 reps per exercise. Each block we will repeat for 4 times.
First 3 blocks are focused on slow and controlled strength movements and the last block has a little bit of cardio in it as well. It is very challenging but i am sure you will be able to complete the entire workout.

Workout breakdown:

BLOCK #1
1. Push up
2. Shoulder press
5 Reps per exercises for 4 Rounds

BLOCK #2
1. TRX Back Rows
2. Chest Flies
5 Reps per exercises for 4 Rounds

BLOCK #3
1. Biceps Curls
2. Triceps Dips
5 Reps per exercises for 4 Rounds

BLOCK #4
1. Man Makers
2. Floor Burpees
5 Reps per exercises for 4 Rounds
