BODYBUILDING MEAL PREP (4 MEALS 20 MINUTES)
The single easiest most effective way to hit your nutrition goals and targets is with a meal prep. End of story! Nothing is
– More time efficient
– Less stressful
It doesn’t need to take forever either! I regularly post videos of cooking an entire weeks food in just over an hour!
This Creamy Cajun Chicken Recipe is an absolute god send! Start to finish it takes 20 minutes and I’ve made up 4 portions here!
The ingredients for this recipe to make up 4 meals (just divide by appropriate number if making less) are
– 600g raw chicken Breast
– 200g uncooked pasta
– 1 tin chopped tomatoes
– 200g crème fraiche
– 5 garlic cloves
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– Salt & Black pepper
– Onion, 1 red onion, 1 red pepper
1. Place kettle on to boil, weigh out pasta and boil for 10 minutes
2. Chop up all veg and chicken breast and grate garlic
3. Add in chicken, seasonings and the garlic, cook for 4-5 minutes
4. Add in veg and cook for a further 2-3 mins
5. Add in crème fraiche and tomatoes and further seasoning if you need it
6. Portion out into tubs and serve!
