Day 2 Chest – Beginner Workout Plan

I have decided to make a workout plan for myself and others who are getting back into working out but are not sure where to start and dont want a long or complicated program to follow. I decided to break it down into 5 days and stick to a small group of muscles per day. I am doing fairly light weight, if you are just started its always good not to overtrain your first couple of week so pick a weigh that you can do maybe 15-20 reps, but try to stick to 3×10 or 2×15 as im showing in the videos.

If you just stick to the exercises i have shown here and keep it grouped similar, you should be able to finish things up in 30-40 minutes without any problems.

Cable Incline 40lbs 3×10
