♡PROTEIN BROWNIE RECIPE♡
(regular recipe for one pan)
ingredients:
3/4 cup mashed sweet potato
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
1/4 c nut butter
1/4 c maple syrup
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 protein powder (I use the WB one! linked above)
1/4 c coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c chocolate chips

MIX ALL IN A BOWL TOGETHER
BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-35 MINS
ENJOY AND DEVOUR ♡

♡ FULL WORKOUT
|Sumo squats with barbell: 3 sets of 10 increase weight every set
|One and a half squats: 3 sets of 8
|Smith Machine slow band squats: 4 sets of 12
|Superset Lateral leg lifts w band: 4 sets of 8 each leg
|Split squats w/DB: 4 sets of 10 each leg use heavy DB’s
|Superset band duck waddles: 4 sets of 10 each way
