Here is my workout for today:

Start slowly. If you can only do 1 Round that is great! You will slowly build up to 4 Rounds.

Wear comfortable clothes, and keep a bottle of water near by to hydrate your body!

Have fun and keep a fit mind and body.

Mountain Climbers – 10 (Alternating Legs)

Burpees – 10

Front Lunges – 10 (Alternating Legs)

Back Lunges – 10 (Alternating Legs)

Side Lunges – 10 (Alternating Legs)
