What’s up Fly JV Crew, Welcome back to the Channel!

In today’s video I will be giving you my recommendations, tips and a Plan for working out and staying in shape as an Airline Pilot.

As an Airline Pilot, my schedule is sometimes very tight, very unpredictable and inconsistent, and because of that, it is sometimes difficult to stick to a reliable and consistent training routine.

This video is for anyone who also has a job which requires a lot of travel, has an inconsistent schedule which prevents the elaboration of specific days for split workouts and really anyone else who is interested in switching up their workout sessions with these exercises. This video focuses on My Workout Plan in Hotel Gym, it is not made for you to do exactly the same exercises that I do but it will give you an idea of the structure of my “on the go” workout and will help you build your own with similar exercises.

Now keep in mind I am not a Personal Trainer, Bodybuilder or a Professional when it comes to the gym, I am simply sharing my experience and knowledge with those who may find value in and due to the many requests I’ve been getting about my workout plan.
