Gluten-Free Refeed & Instant Pot Cilantro Mustard Chicken Recipe

On Sunday I filmed my refeed day. A refeed is eating high carb and low fat in order to boost leptin levels. I do this once a week and thought I should share how I do this gluten-free.

The same day as my refeed, I always do a glutes and hamstrings workout, since I have the extra energy to really push it. I’ve really been trying to build my glutes and it’s been working! So I thought why not film it. Let me know if you liked seeing my workouts and I’ll continue to film them.

And finally, here is another recipe!! My friend LIz took an old recipe for Cilantro Mustard Chicken that I had on my blog and suggested I do it in Instant Pot. It actually turned out really well! And it was super easy. Yay for easy chicken recipes!

Kettlebell Swings 10 reps x 3 sets
Superset with banded squats 12 reps x 3 sets
Elevated Kettlebell plie squats 12 reps x 3 sets
Hip Thrusts 8-12 reps x 3 sets
Deadlifts (warm up) 12 reps x 1 set
Deadlifts 8 reps x 3 sets
Laying Hamstring curls 12 reps x 3 sets
Banded straight-legged Deadlifts 12-15 reps x 3 sets
