A gym nut who is trying to win the title of World’s Strongest Man has revealed his daily diet – munching down 8,500 calories of junk in a single DAY.
Mikey Lane, 35, a welder from Nuneaton, Warwickshire, has been into fitness since he was a teenager – and has dedicated the last decade to competing in ‘World’s Strongest Man’ , the TV programme he has watched since he was a child.
And in a bid to bulk up, he scoffs a diet that would sent most dietitians into a frenzy – chowing down on almost four days’ worth of calories in just 24 hours – made up almost entirely of junk food.
Mikey’s typical weekly diet includes seven chickens, six pizzas, seven steaks, two packs of pasta, 28 litres of water, along with dozens of biscuits, chocolate bars and crisps.
