INTENSE 40 MINUTE FULL BODY HIIT | Tracy Steen

INTENSE 40 MINUTE FULL BODY HIIT – I’m pretty sure that this is a favorite format and now I’ve paired it with alternating strength and cardio moves! I felt this intense full body workout everywhere and I loved it! Heart rate was up, muscles were pumping and we alternating between a strength move and a cardio move, so you got a slight rest in between. I hope you love this total body hiit like I did!

Format: 30 sec work/10 sec rest (repeat each exercise for 3x then move on)
You will need: a variety of dumbbells

4 scissors, shuffle
Plie high pull
Curtsy lunge hop
Pushup renegade row
Center jack side squat
Reverse lunge lateral
Box fast feet
Squat thrust
Weighted butterfly
Windmills
Lunge elbow to knee
Burpee jack
Lateral lunge press
Criss cross squat
Squat front raise
4 climbers, 4 partial burpees
Tricep press extension
Cross in front jack
Front lunge lateral
Fast feet floppy burpee
