LABRADA Bodybuilding Microwave Whoopie Pies Recipe

Are you ready for some guilt-free whoopie pies that only take as couple minutes? These whoopie pies made using our LeanPro 100% Whey protein powder are packed with protein, absolutely delicious, and fit for any diet!

Here is the recipe for the pies:
1 Large Egg
2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
3 Tablespoons (22.5g) Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Scoops (58.5g) LeanPro 100% Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons (22.5g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Banana

Here is the recipe for the filling:
1/2 Cup (116g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2.65 Ounces (75g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Calories: 364
Fat: 8.5g

1. Melt your Chocolate Chips then combine all of your ingredients for the whoopie pies into a bowl.
2. Mix everything together.
3. Take out a mug, coat it with some non-stick cooking spray, and pour your mix in.
4. Microwave for 30 seconds, lightly mix everything together, and microwave for an additional 90 seconds.
5. Cut your mug cake into 4 pieces.
6. Make your filling by mixing all of your filling ingredients together until they are smooth.
7. Evenly distribute your filling onto two pieces and close them with the other piece.

Tips: Put them in the freezer for 20 minutes if you want them to taste like ice cream sandwiches!
