1. Landmine Squat to Overhead Press
2. Versa Disk Circles/Crunches
3. Box Jumps
4. D-bell Reverse Lateral Raise
5. Leg Curls
6. Landmine Squats
7. Ab combo: Plank alt leg raise – 30 seconds. Side plank reach – 30 seconds each side. Spider planks – 30 seconds
8. Barbell Glute Hip Thrust
9. Smith Machine overhead press
10. Box Jumps
