Today’s I’m releasing my latest video from my workout series for beginners. We’ve covered the basic squat, push up, back workout and today its time for my favourite kind of workout – SHOULDERS ! Because who doesn’t want shoulders like boulders? (Except if you’re a girl. Don’t worry, these same exercises will only help with your overall shoulder strength. You won’t get those bulky deltoids that you fear.) Today’s video is for both men and women.
I’ve shot today’s video in a gym but feel free to do the same shoulder exercises at home. All you need is a pair of light dumbells. BUT there’s more.
We will be going over basic weighted and free body shoulder exercises, namely the OVERHEAD PRESS and LATERAL RAISES – The only exercises you’ll ever need to build strength and muscle mass in your deltoids.
We’ll also be covering a FREE BODY shoulder exercise that you can do at home – A free body lateral raise.
You will never need another shoulder workout / deltoid workout BEGINNERS video in your life.
