Hey guys in this last TRAIN LIKE ME video we cover how I get big strong legs & arms. I usually squat 2-3x per week and I love using the SSB squat in my strength blocks. Typically the higher frequency the more my squat increases. I also find the ssb transfers over to strongman a lot, and is a nice alternative to front squats. We also do some close grip benching and I use the pins to work on my weak points. If you want to increase your bench press I recommend doing 1 day a week focusing on the weak area of your bench with a variation. This could be a close grip bench, incline bench, pause bench etc… A lot of you used about arms or what arm workout i do so I usually train arms 1-2x per week and I find lots of volume is the way to getting bigger arms. We usually set the clock for about 20 minutes and just keep rotating exercises until the pump is insane.
