Hey guys in this TRAIN LIKE ME video we go into my leg workout where I do some squats, some incline benching, and some accessory work. I switched back over to low bar squats but I previously have been doing high bar squats for awhile. I will be giving you some tips on proper squat form, as well as how to squat properly. One of the main things that have helped out a lot is getting into a proper set up and walk out for the squat. If you have the proper form, this will have a large carry over to how your squats will go.
When it comes to the bench press, I like my variations to carry over to sport, so doing an incline bench I find carries over to my overhead press. Instead of hitting my chest the most, I feel them in my triceps which will help with increasing my press.
For accessory I kept it short and sweet, with some push presses, and some dips. Not seen in the video I went to BJJ at night and used that as my conditioning. 2 more videos to go in this series then I will release the training block for you to try!
