In this video, we’re going to break down the average weight loss per week for men and give you an idea of how much weight you should be expecting to lose. We will also give you some tips on how to speed up weight loss and diet more effectively.
There are a lot of factors that impact how fast you will lose weight. If you have a lot of weight to lose, you will lose weight faster. Your calorie deficit and the quality of your nutrition will also be factors in determining your expected weight loss rate.
Healthy Weight Loss Per Week for Men:
Week 1 → 1-10 lbs (0.45 – 4.5 kg)
Weeks 2 – 4 → 1-5 lbs (0.45 – 2.2 kg)
Weeks 5 – 8 → 0.5-3 lbs (0.22 – 1.3 kg)
Weeks 9+ → 0-2 lbs (0 – 0.9 kg)
